  3. carry out the obligations established by laws or regulations. For this purpose, the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject, pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, letter. c) of the Regulation;
  4. the protection of the Data Controller in court. For this purpose, the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, letter. f) of the Regulation;

MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA. We inform you that, taking into account the purposes of the processing as illustrated above, the provision of data is mandatory and their failure, partial or incorrect provision may have, as a consequence, the impossibility of providing a response to the requests made or being able to use the services.

In case of provision of data by completing forms containing asterisks:

  • The communication of the data marked with an asterisk is necessary and failure to provide it will make it impossible for the Data Controller to provide what is requested or in any case manage the requests.
  • The communication of data without an asterisk is optional : failure to provide it will still allow us to provide what is requested.

The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (For Italy: Guarantor for the protection of personal data www.garanteprivacy.it ).


RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES.
The rights of access to personal data, rectification or cancellation of the same, limitation of processing, opposition, portability referred to in the articles may be exercised at any time. 15-20 of European Regulation 679/2016 by sending an email request to the address privacy@ableautomation.com

The exercise of the interested party’s rights could be delayed, limited or excluded in the cases provided for by the art. 2-undecies Legislative Decree 196/03
